This is no time for ease and comfort,

A message from Louis Joseph Schwartz:
"Some of the weaknesses our society is currently facing is that many people are not balanced. They are either passive, aggressive or passive-aggressive. There are very few people who are assertive. Moreover, people often struggle with making conscious sound decisions that best benefit their current situation, while getting absorbed into the realm of negativity and being inadvertently influenced by fear. Furthermore, people usually perpetuate someone else's opinion or point of view without a conscious examination to the authenticity of such views. When questioned about their opinion, people tend to become reflexive and defensive, acting on impulse and emotion, rather than calmly responding with logic and good reasoning. Lastly, being reactive to situations, rather than being proactive seems to be the current norm for most people.
Falling victim to these weaknesses can be an ongoing dilemma to the unconscious and undisciplined mind. People may want to change, however, they may experience a set back as they initiate change using the same methods that placed them there in the first place. Albert Einstein would define this as insanity. Research supports the notion that a coach is very effective in the facilitation of change and optimizing performance. Having a knowledgeable and experienced coach in your corner, who can effectively identify strengths and weaknesses within, while inspiring them to push beyond their self-created limitations, is extremely valuable to the overall success and potential of someone trying to achieve their dreams. A coach can neutralize weaknesses, by first bringing them to conscious level awareness and by applying interventions that either eliminate the effect they have or curb weaknesses to become strengths. This goes without saying that perfection is almost impossible and life is a marathon, not a sprint. People are in a constant state of evolution, adopting good and bad habits along the way, while encountering unexpected events in their personal and professional lives. The key, I suspect, is to become what Abraham Maslow, a US psychologist and philosopher who brought into full conception the term, "Self Actualized", which ideally means, the master of your domain.
The goal of LJS Coaching is to empower people to intelligently lead and manage their lives and professions by unlocking the leader within each and everyone of them.
My coaching style is simple; co-active coaching, while initiating and cultivating key mastery skills that foster success, from a 360 degree approach.
I personally believe that with the implementation of: Knowledge, Inspiration, Motivation and a nudge in the right direction, people can successfully achieve the dreams they aspire to become. I also believe with confidence that based on my professional and life experience, along with my education that I am the inspirational element to help bring your dreams into fruition! As such, LJS Coaching will address both the needs and desires of executives, entrepreneurs, and the leaders of tomorrow who desire to achieve their dreams. In conclusion, the intention of LJS Coaching is to one day reach national attention and contribute as a true patriot to the beautiful people and land of the United States of America. During this difficult time in America, I choose to influence and contribute, rather than complain and control. Fundamentally, I think we all should ask ourselves this one question;
"Are we part of the solution or are we part of the problem?"
It's time we all assume responsibility to this profound question and take bold steps in our lives to think and act in a manner that is congruent with the effective and inspiring approach; influence and contribution. Influence a better way of living, influencing peace, love, and happiness, and contribute to a society that seeks to operate at an optimal level.
"We must be the change we want to see in the world." - Mahatma Gandhi
